How do we communicate during a project?

In writing, async. Clear scopes, regular written updates, and documented decisions. It keeps everything reviewable and works across timezones. I reply within a business day, usually much faster.

How do we start? I do not want to commit to a big project up front.

We start small on purpose. I scope a small first piece, a diagnostic, a single workflow, or one dashboard page, so you can see how I work before committing to anything larger.

Do you work with our existing tools or do we have to switch?

Your existing stack. The whole point is connecting the tools you already use. If something in your stack is genuinely the bottleneck I will say so, but I do not push replatforming.

What if our tool is not in your toolbox list?

If it has an API or an export, I can work with it. I learn new tools along the way; the automation patterns are the same underneath.

How does payment work?

Through Upwork, with its payment protection, either hourly or fixed milestones. That protects both sides and keeps everything verifiable.

What happens after handover?

You get documentation, credentials, and a walkthrough. Everything is built so your team can run it without me, and I am available for follow-up work when you need it.
